Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sisera.

Returns  
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

How to Return
To start a return, please contact us at returns@sisera.com with your order number. Our team will provide the return instructions.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Simply place a new order and return your original item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
